Card information on this site is for general comparison and educational purposes only. We are not financial advisors, tax professionals, or attorneys. Whether a card is right for you depends on facts we don't know — your credit profile, spending patterns, and tax situation among them.

04 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape the site faster than 1 request per second per IP.
• Use the site to transmit malware, phishing content, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Reverse-engineer the extension to bypass safety checks (delay timers, scope limits).
• Misrepresent the extension as affiliated with American Express.

06 Affiliate relationship

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

09 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SACOM PET LLC, Chernomor LLC and Stanislav Black from any claim arising out of your misuse of the site or the extension, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

10 Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11 Changes
